Responsibility

  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive sales of motor and health insurance products
  • Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve performance and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales campaigns and customer outreach
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with company standards during all customer interactions

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in telesales, with at least 3 years in a manager role
  • Strong knowledge of motor and health insurance products
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet sales goals
  • Holding a valid non-life insurance broker license is an advantage
