Responsibility
- Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive sales of motor and health insurance products
- Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve performance and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales campaigns and customer outreach
- Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with company standards during all customer interactions
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in telesales, with at least 3 years in a manager role
- Strong knowledge of motor and health insurance products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet sales goals
- Holding a valid non-life insurance broker license is an advantage
