Creative Graphic Designer - Marketing (Bangkok)
Description
Responsible for designing print and digital media from concept to final output, delivering creative ideas that support marketing and communication goals. Requires strong design software skills, fresh creativity, and a positive, collaborative mindset.
Responsibility
1. Creativity & Concept Development
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand or campaign goals.
- Design graphics, illustrations, key visuals, ads, social media content, posters, brochures, packaging, and other print/digital materials with strong visual impact.
- Present ideas clearly with rationale and refine work based on feedback.
2. Design Execution & Production
- Produce mockups, wireframes, and layouts to define project direction.
- Handle pre-press and digital file preparation to ensure high-quality production across platforms.
- Ensure accuracy in layout, color, and typography, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Coordination & Management
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies to keep work fresh and modern.
Qualification
- Age 28 – 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communication Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Creative or Graphic Design roles
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Additional skills in Motion Graphics (After Effects) or Video Editing (Premiere Pro) are a plus
- Solid understanding of both print production (pre-press) and digital media, including design principles, color theory, composition, and typography
- Highly creative, able to think outside the box, and capable of translating complex briefs into clear and effective design solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly and convincingly
- Excellent time management, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output in all design work
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to collaborat
