Channel Sales Supervisor (Agent) - Sales (Bangkok)
Description
Responsible for supporting business partnership growth and sales revenue increase, focusing on Agent channel. Assists in executing development plans, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong partner relationships. Collects and analyzes sales data to support problem-solving and planning. Provides recommendations to improve team efficiency and quality. Coordinates training programs to enhance sales and service staff capabilities.
Responsibility
- Expansion of business solution and drive sales revenue growth, with a focus on agent channel.
- Assist in executing business development plans and identifying potential business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Collect and compile sales data to support problem analysis and contribute to planning efforts aimed at increasing sales volume in line with company objectives.
- Analyze operational issues, provide recommendations, and support quality control measures to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive project execution toward successful goal achievement
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management, preferably in Insurance
- Experience in working with agent/broker channels is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships
