Business Development Officer - Sales (Bangkok)
Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Officer to support our team in driving growth within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, supporting client engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective insurance solutions.
Responsibility
- Collaborate and work closely with cross functional teams and partners to support business projects
- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to help develop customized insurance proposals based on client needs.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Track and report on business development activities and market trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the business development team.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistical, Economics, Marketing or related field.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management role.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
