Claims Manager (Non-Motor) - General Claims (Bangkok)

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Non-Motor Claims Manager to lead our Health and Property Claims team. This role is ideal for someone who may not have direct experience in claims management but possesses strong knowledge in the insurance industry and a passion for delivering excellent service and continuous improvement

Responsibility

  • Oversee claims handling processes and ensure timely resolution in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Manage and support the Health and Property Claims teams to ensure efficient and customer-focused operations.
  • Manage escalations and complex claims cases to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team performance and service quality.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness in claims handling.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, agents, medical providers, surveyors, and other service partners, to facilitate seamless claims resolution.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture with a focus on learning and development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
  • Solid understanding of non-motor insurance, particularly health and property lines.
  • Strong interest and passion for claims management and improving customer experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English and Thai.
  • Experience in insurance, operations, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
