Claim Manager (Motor) - Motor Claims (Bangkok)
Description
Responsibility
- Providing advice on making a Motor claim
- Guiding policy holders on how to proceed with their claim
- Investigating potentially fraudulent claims
- Ensuring legal compliance, adherence to claims processes, and timely payments
- Monitoring the progress of a claim
- Identifying, analyzing and improving existing claim processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards
- Perform other claim related duties as assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Motor insurance claims
- Must have a thorough understanding of insurance-related legal procedures, regulations, and claims processing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs including Excel, Word, and other programs is necessary
