Claim Manager (Motor) - Motor Claims (Bangkok)

Responsibility

  • Providing advice on making a Motor claim
  • Guiding policy holders on how to proceed with their claim
  • Investigating potentially fraudulent claims
  • Ensuring legal compliance, adherence to claims processes, and timely payments
  • Monitoring the progress of a claim
  • Identifying, analyzing and improving existing claim processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards
  • Perform other claim related duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Motor insurance claims
  • Must have a thorough understanding of insurance-related legal procedures, regulations, and claims processing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs including Excel, Word, and other programs is necessary
