Partnership Sales Manager - Sales (Bangkok)

Responsibility

  • Lead the strategic expansion of business partnerships and drive sales revenue growth, focusing on Bancassurance channels
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to identify profitable opportunities, build new partnerships, and deepen relationships with existing partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Claims to ensure partner offerings align with company goals
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust strategy and maintain competitiveness
  • Oversee sales performance metrics and KPIs; proactively analyze data to identify challenges and implement corrective actions
  • Represent the company in key external meetings, events, and partner workshops as a senior stakeholder
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to maximize efficiency and achieve long-term business objective

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field
  • Fluent in English – written, spoken, and presentation (required)
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with insurance, banks or leasing companies is a plus
  • Proven success in business development and partner/channel management
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and drive results in a dynamic environment
